Company Profile

Kimberley McNairParadigm Insurance was established in 2007, by Kimberley McNair, to serve the insurance needs in the Goldsboro, North Carolina and surrounding areas. Paradigm offers policies for home, auto, health, life, and business by working with large insurance corporations such as National General, Southern General and Dairyland to customize insurance policies and better serve the needs of our communities. In addition, working with several insurance companies allows Paradigm to offer the best pricing.

Paradigm Insurance expanded in 2014 by opening a second office in Mt. Olive, North Carolina to further serve the insurance needs of the community and surrounding areas.

Owner and agent Kimberley McNair was born and raised in Goldsboro, NC. After leaving to serve her country in the United States Air Force, she returned to the area and married her high school sweetheart Mark McNair. They have two sons, Markim and Kimari.

Kimberley started her career in insurance as customer service representative for local agency. While learning the business, she developed relationships with many of her customers, some of which, she still serves today after nearly 16 years.
